Structural properties and uses
FB090/FB092 bronze coiled bushings are made of tin bronze alloy CuSn8P. The surface of FB090 is rolled with diamond-shaped oil pockets to store grease. The surface of FB902 is evenly arranged with lubricating through holes according to a certain angle and density, which is easy to form an oil film during operation, thereby reducing the coefficient of friction. Such products have good fatigue strength and corrosion resistance, wear resistance and good load-bearing capacity. This series of products are widely used in agricultural machinery, construction machinery, construction machinery and other high-load and low-speed occasions.
