Structural properties and uses
JF bimetal composite bearing is based on high-quality low-carbon steel, and the surface is sintered with copper alloys with low friction characteristics (CuSn6.5P0.1, CuPb10Sn10, CuSn8Ni, CuPb24Sn4, AlSn20Cu) as the wear-resistant layer of the bearing. The surface of the copper alloy can be used according to the application. Various types of oil grooves, oil holes, oil pockets, etc. need to be machined under the working conditions, so as to be suitable for occasions where it is impossible to continuously refuel or it is difficult to refuel. The material can obtain good joint strength and optimal bearing capacity through secondary sintering and secondary extrusion.
