Structural properties and uses
SF-1 metal self-lubricating rolled bearing is based on high-quality low-carbon steel as the substrate, sintered spherical porous copper powder layer in the middle, and the surface is rolled with PTFE-based wear-resistant lubricating material as the bearing working layer. This material has excellent mechanical properties. Bearing capacity, the intermediate copper powder layer can not only transfer the heat generated during the bearing operation in time, but also improve the bonding strength between the plastic layer and the substrate. PTFE is designed for complete dry friction, and a variety of materials have been developed based on lubrication, coefficient of friction and durability requirements. Prosperity's PTFE metal composites provide the best performance over the widest range of loads, speeds and temperatures with or without external lubrication.
